L A M : 4 S t a r s ]
I've had Lam for 3 years now. At first he thought I was some
skinny white kid that wouldn't amount to anything in computers and
would never be seen again. But little did he know that I'd be back.
I know never to get him around Mr. Hitomi, or they will go off until
the end of the period about racist subjects and how Asian people
are so much smarter than white people. I took his Comp Science 2
class. And pretty much learned to type faster than I already could.
We did a little bit of word, power point, and publisher towards
the end of the semester. So all of you that know how to do thatwow
your on easy street, but I think the class has changed a little
bit, I think you begin to learn a little html visual basic as well.
In his Cisco Networking class the first year all we did was sit
in front of a computer and stare at lessons, eventually we got up
and played with the router. But the lessons never really taught
you about hands on stuff. The second year we just played around
and did jack while Lam basically taught the first year students
(Something he never taught me as a first year student) So I sat
there and checked e-mail and other random shit. Until he told me
to take a test or two. Everything was easy after that. Something
to rememberstay on his good side. If you screw up, he'll never
let you forget it. And let him see you doing GOOD thing i.e. sweeping,
working, etc. Around report card time. He always remembers the little
things in his mind.
